Adult Workshop – July 1

Topic: Everything Berry  Learn how to top and tail gooseberries, make a simple syrup, create currant sugar for lemonade or iced tea, make a refreshing berry shrub, and watch how flavored vinegars come together.  Participants will also make their own currant face mask to take home.  Printed recipes and berry information cards will be available so you can keep experimenting at home.
